General Terms and Conditions update

Dear mzmine user,

We’re updating our General Terms and Conditions (GTCs), effective October 2025.

This update clarifies how our Software may include or connect to services from other providers. It allows us to bring you more functionality and raw data support from different MS vendors by Integrating their data parsers and development kits.

What’s changing

We’ve added a new paragraph under “5. Principles for the provision of our Services” to explain that:

  • Our Software may combine third-party services (“Third-Party Services”).
  • We do not provide those Third-Party Services ourselves, we only facilitate access to them via our Software.
  • Certain Third-Party Services may come with their own End User License Agreements (EULAs), which apply when you use those services with our Software.
  • You can review the specific Third-Party Services and any applicable EULAs in Attachment 1 to the GTCs.
